Regina Spektor - Samson - Is the song being sung by Delilah - or someone who time has forgot?

Seriously - what is this song actually about? Thoughts??? And people always say its Delilah's side of the story - but if thats true - no matter how much she loved him - she is physically and emotionally responsible for his ruin. Does anyone have an alternate reading on this?
