Selling cigarettes?

I brought 200 Benson and Hedges cigarettes for a friend but she doesn't smoke them. I've left it to long to take them back. My father says its illegal to sell them on ebay. I don't know anyone else that smokes them. I am selling them for about 50-60 pound when they should be 100-120! how can i sell them?
