Oh, lord save me, I cant sleep!!!!?

Somebody, HELP ME!!! I'm scared that if i go to sleep I might commit blasphemy or say something bad when I'm talking to God, sometimes when i sleep, half asleep, my mind somewhere else, etc. i say promisses that i cant keep and then a second or 2 later say i cant promise that or say stuff to God that i didnt mean to like when i say to God something that he want's me to do i don't understand and i might say its unreasonable or stupid, because you, its harder to control what goes on in your mind than what u say out loud, so please help!
