When a boy wants or acquires information about a girl whom he has broken friendship with before 2 years means?

The boy acquires information through his friends, our common friends, through various other sources, social networkin, tells his friend to add me inspite of me not accepting his frnd request...........he tells his friend to come out side my college for some info.......he Himself has broken frienship with me. he used to try to to flirt with me some 20% to 30%.......he just wants to know what is happenin in my day to day life ,about my friends, my where abouts.i m confused.plz help.....
