What to say when someone wants to fight you,but you don't?

some girl keeps TALKING AND TALKING to me , and i really would rather not fight to solve our problem! & i never know what to say,& she calls me EVERY name in the book even if its not true,like "f**k you, pu**y,b**ch." and,idk.im just clueless!helpppp.lol
