Question about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book(Warning: contains spoilers)

At the end when Harry is getting ready to duel Voldemort, Harry says that after Snape and Dumbledore's deaths, Draco Malfoy should be the true master of the elder wand. How is that possible? I think I missed something.
