When man kills a man, he is given death penalty, but when anmals kill men it has legal protection,Is it right?

Don't be ****** around with elephants and u probably won't get killed by an elephant.. Not that hard to figure out. It's not the animals fault that it is being threatened by all these men all up in it's grill. Its a natural instinct for an animal to fight for its land.
