Are all Americans Ignorant?

I think its safe to say that that is an unfair question even to ask, its a worthless generalisation, and encourages short sighted debate. I expect that similar proportions of Americans are equally as enlightened as the most enlightened of Nations and their Nationals. I'm curious of how many people, American or otherwise, will read through all this blah blah blah to get to the real question - did you read all of this, or just the title. if you read all of it, simply answer "all of it" , you'll earn points! Any answers from those of you who didn't make it this far should be fairly obvious...!
