Has anyone heard of the Bob L. Head competition? And Padre FANS?

There are 3 finalists and the winner gets a bobble head made after them. It is for the Portland Beavers Minor League Team. My uncle happens to be one of the three finalists. He is from Kentucky but now lives lin California. There are only six days left to vote.
