Undead and Unfinished book. Please explain so confused?

So I just finished reading Undead and Unfinished which is the newest book in the Undead series by Maryjanice Davidson and I'm completely lost. Can someone explain the ending to me? The epilogue at the end especially. Did Sinclair die? What the hell's (no pun intended) going on???
