How are my TOMS suppose to fit?

Okay I bought my clic black toms yesterday. I tried on a size 8 on my right foot ,it fit pretty good so i bought them. but now that i tried both on at home. They fit kind of tight, my right foot is tighter for some reason. My toe touches the exact tip of the shoe where that little ballerina looking part is at the front of the shoe. Should I exchange them for an 8.5?
