I want to start over, new everything... state...?

but heres the thing... I have 3 kids and a husband... we need somewhere with great schools, my eldest has medical problems, so great drs. Nice wether, I don't want to die of heat stroke, but I'm tired of Alaskan snow... I hate spiders... snakes etc... If anyone has any ideas of the perfect place to live would be, pls let me know...
