Legal question- Divorce?

She needs to seek legal counseling like a divorce attorney. She has kids and never worked, her husband will have to pay alimony and child support. She shouldn't just sign papers and be done with it. If she doesn't have income she can charge attorney fees onto the credit card and the court will make husband pay for it. Going through this myself right now... but you shouldn't lie on applications. Once it goes through, no one will come back to see if someone lied. There are more problems in the world than your cousin's situation.
